You may use Dope Live to upload images and generate AI-enhanced content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Image Storage:

Images uploaded by users to Dope Live are not stored on our servers or any other storage media. Uploaded images are processed temporarily for the purpose of providing the service and are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain, store, or archive any user-uploaded images in any form.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Dope Live (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
